Exchange Policy

  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed product with original tags within 90 Days of purchase for an exchange, excluding the Winter Wear items, as they can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase only.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customers need to return the merchandise via reliable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • All returns should be sent to 252/254 Main Mehmoodabad Road # 3, Karachi, Pakistan.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • You should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Please note that NO CASH REFUNDS will be processed.
