Shipping & Delivery
Orders within Karachi will be delivered in 2-3 working days, while major cities in Pakistan will receive deliveries in 3-5 working days. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
A flat shipping charge of Rs.199 applies to all orders within Pakistan.
For bulk/wholesale orders, delivery charges will be calculated based on weight and volume.
We do not allow open parcel delivery. Customers must make the full payment to the courier before receiving their parcel.
The customer should only pay the amount mentioned on the shipping label. If a rider demands extra payment, the company holds no responsibility.
Returns & Exchange Policy
90-Day Return & Exchange Policy: Customers can exchange any product within 90 days of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging, with tags attached, and remains unworn/unwashed.
Winter Products: Winter clothing and accessories have a 15 day return/exchange policy.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
Fragrances, cosmetics, and undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned.
Inner-wear products are strictly non-returnable/exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED. Instead, a credit voucher will be issued for the return amount
Refund Policy
No Cash Refunds: We do not process cash refunds under any circumstances. Instead, a credit voucher will be issued for the return amount.
Prepaid Order Refunds: If a prepaid or advance payment order is returned, the refund will be provided in the form of a credit voucher, after deducting courier charges.
Third-Party Payment Gateway Transactions:
Third-Party Payment Issues: If a payment is successfully made through a third-party payment gateway but the order is later canceled due to any reason, the refund will be provided in the form of a credit voucher, only after confirmation from the payment gateway provider.
