Introduction

Welcome to The Cut Price. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

 

User Accounts & Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.
  • Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of our policies may result in account suspension or order cancellation.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

 

Orders & Product Availability

    • All orders are subject to product availability. In case of stock shortages, we reserve the right to cancel or modify an order.
    • Orders will only be processed after a confirmation call. Orders will not be dispatched without confirmation.
    • If a customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address, the order will be held until a proper address is provided.
    • If the order remains unconfirmed for 24 hours, it will be automatically canceled.

     

    Pricing, Payment & Order Limits

    • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.
    • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and online payments.
    • COD Order Limit: Minimum order value for Cash on Delivery is Rs. 500, and the maximum is Rs. 10,000. For orders above this limit, customers must use a prepaid payment option.
    • In case of a payment failure, the order will not be processed until the payment is successfully received.

     

    Shipping & Delivery

    • After the order is dispatched orders within Karachi will be delivered in 2-3 working days, while major cities in Pakistan will receive deliveries in 3-5 working days. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
    • A flat shipping charge of Rs.199 applies to all orders within Pakistan.
    • For bulk/wholesale orders, delivery charges will be calculated based on weight and volume.
    • We do not allow open parcel delivery. Customers must make the full payment to the courier before receiving their parcel.
    • The customer should only pay the amount mentioned on the shipping label. If a rider demands extra payment, the company holds no responsibility.

     

    Returns & Exchange Policy

    • 90-Day Return & Exchange Policy: Customers can exchange any product within 90 days of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging, with tags attached, and remains unworn/unwashed.
    • Winter Products: Winter clothing and accessories have a 15 day return/exchange policy.
    • Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
      • Fragrances, cosmetics, and undergarments / lingerie cannot be exchanged or returned.
      • Inner-wear products are strictly non-returnable/exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

     

    Refund Policy

    • No Cash Refunds: We do not process cash refunds under any circumstances. Instead, a credit voucher will be issued for the return amount.
    • Prepaid Order Refunds: If a prepaid or advance payment order is returned, the refund will be provided in the form of a credit voucher, after deducting courier charges.

    Third-Party Payment Gateway Transactions:

    • Third-Party Payment Issues: If a payment is successfully made through a third-party payment gateway but the order is later canceled due to any reason, the refund will be provided in the form of a credit voucher, only after confirmation from the payment gateway provider.
    • No Cash Refunds: We strictly do not process cash refunds under any circumstances.

     

    Order Cancellation & Modifications

    • Customers may cancel their order within 6 hours of placement, provided it has not been dispatched.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

     

    Color & Product Variation Disclaimer

    Due to differences in screen resolution, monitor settings, and lighting conditions used in photography, the actual color and texture of products may slightly vary from what is displayed on the website.

     

    Intellectual Property Rights

    • All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of The Cut Price and is protected by copyright laws.
    • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

     

    Limitation of Liability

    • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, however, slight variations may occur.
    • The Cut Price shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

     

    Amendments to Terms & Conditions

    • We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    • Continued use of our website after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.

     

    Warranty Disclaimer for Electronic & Chinese Products

    Please note that all electronic products, particularly those manufactured in China, are sold on an “as is” basis. The Company does not provide any kind of warranty, guarantee, or after-sales service for these products.

    The Company shall not be held responsible for any defects, malfunctions, or performance issues in such products. No claims, returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for these items under any circumstances.
