How can I be sure that I've made my purchase?

What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is Rs 500/- If your order is less than Rs. 500/-, you will need to make advance payment for the order.

What are the delivery charges?
FLAT PKR 199/- will be charged on all the orders in Pakistan.

Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city, and area are mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

By signing up an account at www.thecutprice.com you will be able to access and manage your account information easily. This includes:

If a product runs out, it will either not be visible on the website or it will be marked as “Out of Stock”. An order may only be placed once the product shows as “Available” on the website.

Do I need to pay in advance for my order?

Payment must be made in advance for orders to be delivered to village addresses to lower the chance of the parcel being returned to us.

Orders for interior cities and those with incomplete addresses will be dispatched after they pay shipping fees in advance to lower the chance of the parcel being returned to us.

If the value of your order exceeds Rs.10000, you are required to pay an advance payment of at least Rs.200. This is a mandatory requirement, and failure to pay the advance may result in cancellation of your order.

If your previous parcel has been returned to us, then you have to make advance payment for your next order.

We reserve the right to not serve people at our discretion.
